We want you to absolutely love your OHM purchase!! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any eligible items for a store credit within 14 days of having received your order. While we do not issue refunds, we are happy accept your return for store credit (does not expire) or help you process an exchange. (Exchanges are based on availability only. We cannot guarantee availability on items). Final sale items (not regular priced items, sale, discount codes, flash sales) cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit. Once an order is completed either shipped by mail or ready for in store pick up the order can not be canceled.
In Store Pick Ups: Your 14 day return window begins the day the order is ready for pickup. You will receive an email when it's ready for pickup. (orders are usually ready within 48-72 hours after being placed). If you have not received an email, please check your spam email or call us - we'd be happy to give you an update! New, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached in original packaging. (please be careful trying on clothing while wearing make up or where you place your clothes because of pet hairs - any items with make up stains, rips or animal hairs is not eligible for return).
No sale, discount items (from sale collection or sale discount codes).
Must be return within 14 days of having received order (postmarked by 14th day). Any items returned after the return window / or final sale can be subject to a return fee or not accepted.

Can items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items if items are available. When you send your return request via email, please add the item you'd like so we can check availability. We will put it aside if available; we cannot guarantee your exchange item until you receive a confirmation. Once the exchange request is approved and we have received your return and it's inspected, we will email you with instructions on how to complete your exchange and purchase a shipping label ($3 for exchange shipments).
What are the refund options?
We do not offer refunds. We offer:
Store credit (store credits do not expire) for items that are eligible for return and are return within the 14 day return window.

How do I ship back the items?
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send back items. You can ship it back via the shipping courier of your choice. Return shipping fees are responsibility of the customer.
How soon will I get my store credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email and receive your store credit code.

Customer is responsible for return/exchanges shipping cost. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). We reserve the right to deny a return based on item condition, if they are outside of the return window date or if customer has returned over 20 times total. Original shipping costs are not refundable nor added to store credit totals.

If you are looking to exchange a size or color of an item, please email us as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to put the item on hold for you until we receive your return. Exchanges all depend on availability item/size/color availability. Item is not guaranteed until we email you with a confirmation.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 4 business days to process your return/exchange. We will inspect the items, process the return in our system and send you an email with your online store credit code and instructions on how to use it. Once you receive your store credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at www.shopohmboutique.com. Online store credits are not transferrable to in-store store credits. Store credit value cannot be used towards shipping costs; only applicable on merchandise.

Free UPS Ground shipping on all USA orders over $200. UPS Ground Shipping starts at $7 based on your location and weight of order. Once you've entered your shipping address, your shipping will be calculated. UPS Shipping for continental USA only.
USPS Priority Mail for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Islands + territories). UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
UPS Ground: All orders ship out Miami, FL. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Our shipping cut off are 12PM EST (daily, Monday thru Friday; excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email.
All express shipments (2nd day, 1 day air express or 3 day select) must be placed by 12pm EST to ship out same day. If received after 12pm EST, it will ship out the following business day (weekends not included). Weekends not included and/or guaranteed as delivery days.
USPS Priority Mail: Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and territories ship via USPS Priority Mail. All USA orders with PO Boxes also ship via USPS, not UPS. We ship out your order within 48 hours, but shipping carriers may be experiencing some delays when already en route to destination. We recommend just staying up to date with the tracking information and your local post office.
Free In Store Pickup is available for local customers. Click the Local Pickup option at check out (instead of shipping). Please wait for your ready for pick up confirmation email- or call/text at 305-284-8455 us first. Usually ready in 24-48 hours, weekends not included. You will not be charged shipping.
If your order is placed after 12PM Friday - then your order will be ready for pickup on Tuesday after 10am. (store is closed Sunday + Monday) Online orders are not processed or fulfilled on Saturdays. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup! (Must be able to pickup order at our store: 1561 Sunset. Drive Miami, FL 33143).
Orders must be picked up within 30 days of being ready for pickup. If you can't pick up, please call us and we can help you get it shipped out!
Freight forwarders: If you are shipping your order to a freight forwarder, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You assume sole responsibility of delivery destination.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. We do our best to ship all orders within 1 business day of being placed. All in stock orders ship immediately. For orders to ship same day, they must be received by 12pm EST that day. If you need to make a change to your order or address, it can only be done if order has not been fulfilled. Once an order ships or is fulfilled, unfortunately, we cannot modify the order. If you PREORDER an item, it will ship on the approximate date stated in description.
Our 14 day return policy remains the same for in store pick ups - 14 days begin from the day your order is fulfilled and is ready for pickup (you will receive an email). If order is picked up after 14 days, the return period will have expired, therefore you won't be able to return for exchange or store credit. Thank you for your understanding! Please pick up your instorepickup orders within 30 days.

We currently ship to the Canada + the UK. All orders placed on our website are USD. To calculate your shipping cost, please add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout - the rate is based on weight. If we are able to get a better rate during our shipping process, we will pass on the discount to you... and refund any shipping fees we don't use from what you paid. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes respective to the country it's entering. We don't charge duties and taxes during checkout. We ship out of Miami, FL USA.
Gift cards purchased via the website are emailed to the email used when placing order. No physical card is sent out. Gift cards are Final Sale. Store credits cannot be used as payment towards the purchase of a Gift Card.
How much will shipping cost?
The best way to know is by adding your items to the cart and proceeding to checkout. After you've entered the shipping destination and before payment, your shipping cost will be calculated. Average shipping cost is approximately $7-10 for 2-3 day domestic shipping. For international shipping costs, please add items and destination to calculate the shipping cost (based on weight + destination).
