Free In Store Pickup for local customers. Use the Local Pickup option at check out (instead of shipping).
We process & fulfill orders Monday-Friday til 12pm Eastern time.Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days.Orders placed after 12pm (Mon-Fri) will be processed the following business day(excluding holidays). Our warehouse is closed on the weekends. Orders placed over the weekend for in store pickup will be available for pickup on Tuesday at our store location. Our store location is closed Sundays + Mondays.
SAME DAY PICKUP:
- Orders ready for pickup can be picked during operating hours (Tue-Sat) 10am-6:30pm (excluding holidays)
- Customers must show a valid ID(name on order) and provide signature to pickup their order. If you have a family or friend picking up your order please make sure to notify us in advance (10 minutes) via text 305-284-8455 with your order number + the full name of the person authorized to pickup up your order
- Carrier services- If you choose to send an Uber or any carrier service you must notify us via phone (305-284-8455) prior to arrival. Carrier must come in side facility and provide proof of service. Sales Associates are not responsible to run out of the store as they can not leave the store unattended.
- Curbside pickup unavailable- If you are in a hurry, please text us and we can have your order ready for you as soon as possible. All you have to do is come in side our store have your ID ready + sign. We will have you out in no time <3
Same day pickup unavailable on weekends.
Orders need to be placed by 12 PM(Mon-Fri) Eastern time in order to be ready for same day pickup.You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup! If you need your items rush, please call us first at 305-284-8455 to see if we can expedite your order. With a high volume of orders, we want to make sure we have yours ready on time! IN-STORE PICKUP RETURN POLICY:
Our 14 day return policy remains the same for in store pick ups - 14 days begin from the day your order is fulfilled and your ready for pickup email is sent. If order is picked up after 14 days, the return period will have expired, therefore you won't be able to return for exchange or store credit. Pickups must be picked up within 30 days of order date at the store. If not able to pick up, call us and we can coordinate shipping services for you. Once in store pick up orders are processed they can not be canceled(no refunds).
- Orders must be picked up within 30 days of being ready for pickup.We are not responsible for orders left over 30 days. If you can't pick up, please call us and we can help you get it shipped out!
- Eligible in-store pickup orders must be returned in person. They must be signed out and close the order in order to be applied to another item or return for store credit.
- All orders must be picked up in person with a valid ID and customers signature.
