Our online store will officially close on October 31, 2026.
All orders must be placed by October 31, 2026. Once the store closes, we will no longer be accepting online orders.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We want you to receive your OHM order exactly as expected. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@ohmboutique.com within 2 days of delivery so we can help.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and/or packaging.
SHIPPING
We offer shipping on all online orders. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. OHM Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
