Return Policy

We want you to absolute love your OHM purchase! If something’s not quite right, eligible items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order or the day the order is marked as ready for pickup.

  • Once an order has been completed (shipped or ready for pickup), it cannot be canceled.

Final sale items

  • including anything purchased with a discount code, during a flash sale, or marked down—cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Additionally, accessories—including jewelry, hats, earrings, intimates, and swimwear—are Final Sale due to sanitary reasons.

In Store Pick Ups:

 Your 14 day return window begins the day the order is ready for pickup

  • You will receive an email when it's ready for pickup. (orders are usually ready within 48-72 hours after being placed). 
  • If you have not received an email, please check your spam email or call us - we'd be happy to give you an update! Please pick up your order within 30 days.

What items are returnable? 

  • New, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached in original packaging. (please be careful trying on clothing while wearing make up or where you place your clothes because of pet hairs - any items with make up stains, rips or animal hairs is not eligible for return).
  • No sale, discount items (from sale collection or sale discount codes).
  • Must be return within 14 days of having received order (postmarked by 14th day). Any items returned after the return window / or final sale can be subject to a return fee or not accepted. 

How do I return?

  • Please send us an email at hello@ohmboutique.com within the 14 day return window.
  • Please include your order number and the items that you'd like to return.
  • We will respond shortly with instructions on how to complete your return.

    Can items be exchanged?

    We allow the exchange of purchased items if items are available. When you send your return request via email, please add the item you'd like so we can check availability. We will put it aside if available; we cannot guarantee your exchange item until you receive a confirmation. Once the exchange request is approved and we have received your return and it's inspected, we will email you with instructions on how to complete your exchange and purchase a shipping label ($3 for exchange shipments).

    What are the refund options?

    We do not offer refunds. We offer:

    • Store credit (store credits do not expire) for items that are eligible for return and are return within the 14 day return window.

    The item I received is damaged!

    If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us immediately at hello@ohmboutique.com to help you resolve this issue. Customers have 14 days from the date received in the mail/ ready for pickup to notify us of faulty garment.

    • International returns: If a garment is returned for any reason, including if it is faulty, the duties/custom fees are not refundable through our store.

    How do I ship back the items?

    Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send back items. You can ship it back via the shipping courier of your choice. Return shipping fees are responsibility of the customer. 

    How soon will I get my store credit?

    Store credits are typically processed with in 2-3 business days from the day your order is received. Once your return is received it will be inspected and email with your gift card will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
