I saw it online. Is it available in store?
Our online + in store inventories are separate. While our warehouse can carry more quantities than our store front, items can sell out differently.If we are sold out online, you can always check with our store location first to see if they have it available.We always recommend to call/text our store at 305-284-8455 prior to arrival to make sure we have the item in stock in store. In store pick option is available for our local customers only.If you are not local we can send you a shipping invoice and have it shipped out.
It's sold out in my size! Will it be restocked?
We try our best to restock popular styles when we can! We always recommend either emailing us or commenting on our instagram post/reel "please restock (your size) with the item you want to be notified for. If we happen to receive a restock or return we always notify customers under the comment section on Instagram. You can always sign up for our newsletter to receive first dibs on restocks and sale promotions
Placing my first order, can I receive a discount?
- WELCOMEBABE code can not be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Eligible Items purchased with this code are eligible for return or store credit.( must meet return requirements) Read return policy here.

While we do not issue refunds, we are happy accept your return for store credit (does not expire) or help you process an exchange. (Exchanges are based on availability only. We cannot guarantee availability on items). Final sale items (not regular priced items, sale, discount codes, flash sales) cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit. Return + Exchnage shipping fees are responsibility of the customer. Please note: All purchases made with discount codes or purchased at discounted price (flash sales, discount codes, sale prices) are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
When will my order be ready?
All orders (Local Pickup + Shipping) are processed within 1-2 business day once your order is placed. Orders placed before 12pm EST. Monday-Friday (including overnight orders) will be processed + shipped out the same business day. All orders placed after 12pm processed time will be fulfilled the following business day. Shipped orders will receive an email with the tracking number. Local pickup order will receive an email once ready for pickup.
When will I receive my order?
Miami customers typically receive their order in the mail within 1 business day after their order is shipped. All domestic orders are typically received within 3-5 business days from the day their order is shipped.
- Local Pick Up orders- All orders placed within (Tue-Fri) before 12pm will be ready for pickup the same day after 2pm
- Local pickup orders placed after 12pm (Mon-Fri) will be processed the following business day. Our warehouse is closed over the weekend.
How do I start my return?
- Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 14 day return window.
- Please include your order number and the items that you'd like to return.
- We will respond shortly with instructions on how to complete your return.
Can I return my online order In-store?
Yes, local customers have the option of returning their online order at our store location during operating hours. (Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6:30pm)
- Please make sure to bring your receipt + eligible items within the 14 day return window to be able to process your return. Late returns are subject to a restocking fee or not eligible for return(store credit, exchange or refund)
How will I receive my store credit?
Store credits are now processed as gift cards.Gift cards will be emailed to the customer once their return has been processed (2-3 business days).
- Store credit (gift card) can now be applied in store or online
- If you partially use your gift card it will automatically calculate the difference and can be used until the gift card no longer has funds.
Gift cards can be combined with flash sale promotions and other discount codes.Please note Items purchased with a flash sale or discount code are considered final sale and not eligible for return (store credit or item exchange)
- Customers are now able to use the gift card to pay for shipping costs. Please kindly note if you return items shipping costs will not be refunded or issued to your new gift card only the merchandise amount.
- Gift cards can now be saved to your apple wallet. If you'd like to use your gift card in store simply show the sales associate the gift card. In which the sales associate will be able to scan the gift card barcode and apply it to your purchase.
- Store credit gift cards once processed do not expire

How do I ship back the items?
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send back items. You can ship it back via the shipping courier of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. *Please keep a copy of your receipt of your tracking number/shipment once you ship back your return back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. That receipt will help you and us keep track of your return shipment. You can ship back your return via USPS, UPS or FedEx.*

Can items be exchanged?
Exchange can only be allowed If the desired item is available.When you send your return request via email, please add the item you'd like so we can check availability. We will put it aside if available; we cannot guarantee your exchange item until you receive a confirmation. Once the exchange request is received, inspected, approved, we will email you with instructions on how to complete your exchange and purchase a shipping label ($3 for exchange shipments).
- Online orders can be exchanged in person at our store location.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item/color/size available. We cannot guarantee your exchange if the item is no longer available.
- If available, we are more than happy to place the size aside for you at our store front and our sales associates can swap it out for you.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us immediately at email@example.com to help you resolve this issue. We kindly ask you let us know within 14 days of receiving your order to be able to offer a replacement (if available).
How soon will I get my store credit?
Store Credits are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the business day your order is received. Our web team will notify you via email + with store credit in a form a gift card along with instructions and policy details.
