International Shipping

We currently ship via UPS or USPS International shipping. Your shipping destination determines shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We currently offer shipping to Canada, as well as select addresses in the U.K. and Australia. To calculate your shipping cost, please add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout - the rate is based on weight. If we are able to get a better rate during our shipping process, we will pass on the discount to you... and refund any shipping fees we don't use from what you paid. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes respective to the country it's entering. We don't charge duties and taxes during checkout. We ship out of Miami, FL USA. Based on location international orders may be shipped by UPS or USPS.

  • International Shipping costs please add items and destination to calculate the shipping cost (based on weight + destination).Average International shipping costs is approximately $42-$60(prices may vary).
  • Customer is responsible for duties and taxes respective to the country it's entering. We don't charge duties and taxes during checkout. Read international shipping above for more details 
  • OHM is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items.
  • International returns: If a garment is returned for any reason, including if it is faulty, the duties/custom fees are not refundable through our store.
  • If you choose to reject a package due to unwillingness to pay the applicable duties or fees, OHM will not issue any store credits/refunds or compensation for declined packages. Please note that in such cases, duties and fees must be paid even for declined/rejected package.
  • We encourage our international customers to familiarize themselves with their country's duties and tax policies to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Freight forwarders: If you are shipping your order to a freight forwarder, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You assume sole responsibility of delivery destination.

 

    Tracking Your Package:To track your goodies, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #. Click the link and you will be directed to the tracking information.  If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please don't hesitate to email us at hello@ohmboutique.com.

     

    Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier that your shipment shipped with. If you're order says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please check your shipping confirmation email to check if the address at checkout was entered correctly. Checking with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your order by mistake.

    • If the address is incorrect/incomplete we recommend contacting the carrier to update the address(if possible) . We are not liable for any incorrect/incomplete address at checkout. Shipping labels are automatically created with the address entered at checkout. 
    • If the address is correct, we recommend contacting (USPS/UPS ) to file a missing mail claim and being locations your package. USPS/UPS will begin an investigation and attempt to redeliver the package. We cannot replace or reimburse items until 30 days after the claim is closed. 
    • We appreciate your patience as we want to help you locate your package as soon as you :)  We just have to go through the shipping carrier's systems to make sure we are taking every step possible so UPS/USPS can retrieve your package.
