RETURN POLICY

Please note: All purchases made with discount codes or purchased at discounted price (flash sales, discount codes, sale prices) are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds. Accessories such as jewelry, hats, earrings, intimates, and swim are considered final sale due to sanitary reasons. 

We want you to absolutely love your OHM purchase!! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any eligible items for a store credit within 14 days of having received your order. While we do not issue refunds, we are happy accept your return for store credit (does not expire) or help you process an exchange. (Exchanges are based on availability only. We cannot guarantee availability on items). Final sale items (not regular priced items, sale, discount codes, flash sales) cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit. Once an order is completed either shipped by mail or ready for in store pick up  the order can not be canceled.

In Store Pick Ups: Your 14 day return window begins the day the order is ready for pickup. You will receive an email when it's ready for pickup. (orders are usually ready within 48-72 hours after being placed). If you have not received an email, please check your spam email or call us - we'd be happy to give you an update! Please pick up your order within 30 days.What items are returnable? 

  • New, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached in original packaging. (please be careful trying on clothing while wearing make up or where you place your clothes because of pet hairs - any items with make up stains, rips or animal hairs is not eligible for return).
  • No sale, discount items (from sale collection or sale discount codes).
  • Must be return within 14 days of having received order (postmarked by 14th day). Any items returned after the return window / or final sale can be subject to a return fee or not accepted. 

How do I return?

  • Please send us an email at hello@ohmboutique.com within the 14 day return window.
  • Please include your order number and the items that you'd like to return.
  • We will respond shortly with instructions on how to complete your return.

      Can items be exchanged?

      We allow the exchange of purchased items if items are available. When you send your return request via email, please add the item you'd like so we can check availability. We will put it aside if available; we cannot guarantee your exchange item until you receive a confirmation. Once the exchange request is approved and we have received your return and it's inspected, we will email you with instructions on how to complete your exchange and purchase a shipping label ($3 for exchange shipments).

      What are the refund options?

      We do not offer refunds. We offer:

      • Store credit (store credits do not expire) for items that are eligible for return and are return within the 14 day return window.

      The item I received is damaged!

      If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us immediately at hello@ohmboutique.com to help you resolve this issue. Customers have 14 days from the date received in the mail/ ready for pickup to notify us of faulty garment.

      How do I ship back the items?

      Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send back items. You can ship it back via the shipping courier of your choice. Return shipping fees are responsibility of the customer. 

      How soon will I get my store credit?

      Store credits are typically processed with in 2-3 business days from the day your order is received. Once your return is received it will be inspected and email with your gift card will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.

      SHIPPING POLICY 

      Free UPS Ground shipping on all USA orders over $200 before tax. UPS Ground Shipping starts at $7 based on your location and weight of order. Once you've entered your shipping address, your shipping will be calculated. UPS Shipping for continental USA only.While we try our best to process every order as soon as can.Please note we can not guarantee any delivery dates as there my be unexpected delays weather, unforeseen circumstances or any internal delays the carrier may be experiencing. 

      UPS Ground: All U.S orders ship out Miami, FL. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Our shipping cut off are 12PM EST (daily, Monday thru Friday; excluding holidays). Our warehouse is closed on the weekends. Any orders placed after the 12pm (Mon-Fri) will be processed the following business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email. We do not guarantee weekend deliveries. 

      USPS Priority Mail: Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and territories ship via USPS Priority Mail. All USA orders with PO Boxes also ship via USPS, not UPS. We ship out your order within 48 hours, but shipping carriers may be experiencing some delays when already en route to destination. We recommend just staying up to date with the tracking information and your local post office. 

      • How much will shipping cost? The best way to know is by adding your items to the cart and proceeding to checkout. After you've entered the shipping destination and before payment, your shipping cost will be calculated. Average shipping cost is approximately $7-10 for 3-4 business day (excluding weekends & holidays)domestic shipping
      • International Shipping costs please add items and destination to calculate the shipping cost (based on weight + destination). Average International shipping costs is approximately $42-$60.Customer is responsible for duties and taxes respective to the country it's entering. We don't charge duties and taxes during checkout. Read international shipping above for more details  
      • Express Shipping costs:please add items, the destination & preferred express shipping method (2nd day, 1 day air express or 3 day select) at checkout. Your shipping cost will be calculated based on weight, destination and express shipping method. 

      EXPRESS SHIPMENTS: (2nd day, 1 day air express or 3 day select) must be placed by 12pm EST to ship out same day. If received after 12pm EST, it will ship out the following business day (weekends not included). Weekends not included and/or guaranteed as delivery days. We are not responsible for delayed once in the possession of the shipping carrier. We can not guarantee any delivery dates as there my be unexpected delays weather, unforeseen circumstances or any internal delays the carrier may be experiencing. 

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently ship to the Canada + the UK. All orders placed on our website are USD. To calculate your shipping cost, please add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout - the rate is based on weight. If we are able to get a better rate during our shipping process, we will pass on the discount to you... and refund any shipping fees we don't use from what you paid. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes respective to the country it's entering. We don't charge duties and taxes during checkout. We ship out of Miami, FL USA. Based on location international orders may be shipped by UPS or USPS.

      • International Shipping costs please add items and destination to calculate the shipping cost (based on weight + destination).Average International shipping costs is approximately $42-$60(prices may vary).
      • Customer is responsible for duties and taxes respective to the country it's entering. We don't charge duties and taxes during checkout. Read international shipping above for more details 

      Freight forwarders: If you are shipping your order to a freight forwarder, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You assume sole responsibility of delivery destination.

      INSTOREPICKUP: Free In Store Pickup is available for local customers. Click the Local Pickup option at check out (instead of shipping). Please wait for your ready for pick up confirmation email - or call/text at 305-284-8455 us first. Usually ready in 24-48 hours, weekends not included. You will not be charged shipping.

      • If your order is placed after 12PM Friday - then your order will be ready for pickup on Tuesday after 10am. (store is closed Sunday + Monday) Online orders are not processed or fulfilled on Saturdays. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup! (Must be able to pickup order at our store: 1561 Sunset. Drive Miami, FL 33143). 
      • Orders must be picked up within 30 days of being ready for pickup.We are not responsible for orders left over 30 days.  If you can't pick up, please call us and we can help you get it shipped out! In store pickups that are not picked up within the 14 day return window (the day the order is marked as ready for pickup) is not eligible for return, store credit, exchange or refund. 
      • In store pickup orders can not be returned via phone. All orders must be picked up in person with a valid ID and customers signature. 
      Tracking Your Package:To track your goodies, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #. Click the link and you will be directed to the tracking information.  If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please don't hesitate to email us at hello@ohmboutique.com.

      Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier that your shipment shipped with. If you're order says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please check your shipping confirmation email to check if the address at checkout was entered correctly. Checking with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your order by mistake.

      • If the address is incorrect/incomplete we recommend contacting the carrier to update the address(if possible) . We are not liable for any incorrect/incomplete address at checkout. Shipping labels are automatically created with the address entered at checkout. 
      • If the address is correct, we recommend contacting (USPS/UPS ) to file a missing mail claim and being locations your package. USPS/UPS will begin an investigation and attempt to redeliver the package. We cannot replace or reimburse items until 30 days after the claim is closed. 
      • We appreciate your patience as we want to help you locate your package as soon as you :)  We just have to go through the shipping carrier's systems to make sure we are taking every step possible so UPS/USPS can retrieve your package.
